After 5 years of working in movies, making explosions for titles like James Bond and StarWars, I decided I wanted to pursue a career in which I could help people, so moved into group fitness, to help individuals improve their health and make friends at the same time! In my free time, you’ll find me climbing mountains, kayaking down waterfalls or trying to improve my own fitness in the gym! I have 2 pet turkeys and I once broke my wrist making a cup of tea!
