After coaching in the USA and Australia, I worked in schools across London teaching physical education. During this time I ran outdoor fitness classes for Rabble. It was my experience at Rabble that made me want to delve deeper into fitness. I recently left teaching and completed a personal training diploma course. Now I’m looking forward to primarily running group classes. I love the energy that comes from group classes. In my free time I enjoy dancing. I take part in locking, popping, house and salsa classes in London. I also enjoy the gym, yoga, cycling, basically anything active. I take pride in running great sessions. I’m always looking to be creative with my practice and develop as a trainer. I just want to bring joy into people’s lives and believe fitness is a great way I can achieve this.
