Fitness educator turned super mom

Liana Hughes has worked in the fitness industry for more than a decade teaching group training, one on one clients, and working for fitness product companies developing education and fitness programs. She loves helping people make movement fun and incorporating exercise into their daily lives. As a mother of young kids, she is great with helping parents make their workouts productive and doable.
